10Cric registration problem

I can not log in to my 10Cric account. I have no idea why. I am 1000% sure this is the email address I gave during 10Cric Registration. Clicking recover again and again but nothing. Can it be cos I have changed my country? I moved to the Philippines. Please help! Thanks in advance.
