Visa deposit option has a problem here

creating a 12Bet account was much easier than many others. Approval of verifications is also downhill. However, I can not do the same statement for the 12Bet deposits. Even my Visa does not load no matter how many times I tried. Contacted to 12Bet customer support but nothing works. Visa just does not work!!!
