i can not sign in my Betonline account

Tried to log in several times since last week but nothing works. I sent a mail to Betonline customer support, but still no answer. Nobody cares about my problem. Worse than this, I was so close to taking my welcome bonus. This is super unfair if Betonline sports betting closed my account not to give it!
