Double accounts by mistake in Betway Bookmaker

Please help! I created my second Betway account by mistake. I didn't know that I already had one. A long time ago I opened. Can not remember at all. Now I am with double accounts which I know it is not allowed. Talked to Betway customer support, 2. I hope my deposit will not burn :(
