is there anyone experiencing Genesis Casino account issues?

What is wrong with them? They do not accept my verification for 2 weeks now. Genesis Casino registration had no problem, yet they do not approve the documents I sent. Contacted to Genesis Casino customer service and they keep on saying soon soon. Is it normal? I do not think so!
