slow verifications in Jeetwin

I do not understand why JeetWin verification takes more than a day. I really try to be patient, yet can not understand how they can be so ignorant about the disturbance they create. Deposited more than a 2K. Waiting to be verified to cash out. I really hope JeetWin customer service is reading Jeetwin complaints here.
