have no idea why they do not verify my PowerPlay account

they do not confirm my account although I sent a bunch of documents. I dunno why it takes so long. For two days now, I m waiting for PowerPlay registration and betting on La Liga. Losing days and getting frustrated. one more day and I am out of PowerPlay online betting. This is ridiculous
